In 2018, Beacon Builders was awarded an $11.6M contract to build 90 units of apartment buildings.  At the time all the local framing crews in Spokane Washington were maxed out and unable to bid the work.  So Beacon Builders bought the wall package from a Wall Pre-Fabrication company. The walls that arrived on site were wrong more often than right.  They were too long or too short. Some were built inside out or upside down. It was not a good experience.  It was on this day that Beacon Builders vowed to help change the construction industry.  By creating a sister company, “Flawless Walls” Beacon Builders is leading the current innovation behind prefabrication walls.
