Mike Bradley grew up in and around construction.  After high school he worked with his bags on framing houses for a couple of years before going to College.  When he graduated from Central Washington University with a BS in Construction Management, he looked for a job with the company that could provide him with the best Big Project experience.  Then he spent ten years in the office as a Project Engineer and Project Manager on the large dollar, technically challenging projects in the Health Care, Higher Ed, and Laboratory sectors.

In 2015 Mike quit his job, cashed in his savings, and started Beacon Builders.  For the first couple of years, Mike wore his bags every day and worked out of the back of his pick-up truck.  The company steadily gained market traction and in 2019, with 12 full-time employees completed $7.6 Million worth of work.

Beacon Builders is uniquely well-positioned to thrive in the Spokane market.  Our carpenters and foremen are boots on the ground kind of people with networks of connections in the Spokane Area.  Mike has Big Company and Big Project experience, but he still wears his bags every once in a while.

We combine the technical expertise, rigorous organization, and discipline of a big company, with the relationship-driven approach of a small company.  And as a smaller company, our overhead is kept to a minimum.
