An 8,000 square foot industrial building for a CrossFit gym.  This was the first project in Spokane County to use Cross Laminated Timbers (CLT).  Beacon Builders used CLT for the walls instead of Concrete Tilt-up. CLT is faster, cheaper and much more environmentally friendly than concrete.
